First account created - Banned

Banned - multiple accounts - previously banned - thefutureingaming

Hi guys. I made an account here yesterday with the username mmoevo. I wanted to start posting today and I saw that I have my account banned and it has something to do with the username thefutureingaming. I can definitely say that mmoevo was my first account on this forum. I made this second account just to clear things up. Probably the problem is that I have a dynamic IP and I am sharing IP's with the entire Romanian people. How can we solve this problem? Can I have my first account back and this one deleted? Or can i continue use this account?
