Quick and efficient very professional only issue is a method they employ

The work and communication went by smoothly however there is something I do not like and I feel I must point out. They would not give me the password to get my account back tell the work was done and feedback was given.

Okay so got be honest there first I completely agree with not giving the password out while your working as the customer might get curious or something and look at their account while your still working on it and thus could end up completely screwing them and you and even losing the account itself by mistake makes sense as a safety precaution however forcing them to leave feedback before giving back there account I find wrong and kinda feel like your ransoming there account. I understand feedback important on this site but the customer should be free to choose if they want to give it or not and even more importantly it skews the feedback to probably be just positive as they might be afraid to give negative criticism as you're currently holding their account in your hands heck even I am having thought in the back of my head saying this might not be good idea but I will trust them and also say what needs to be said. Now if not been paid yet ironically that would be fair as you can give screenshot of your work to them proving you deserve to be compensated for your time and work and don't want them running off without paying but like in my case I paid them at the start so not giving them their product immediately when it's done just does not feel right with me. There clearly a smooth, trusting and efficient worker with the amount of jobs done and am glad I hired them but this one element of there is a huge problem I can't ignore and hope they might consider changing their approach when it comes to wanting/demanding feedback.
