I am a (trainee) MM from the FGO trading reddit/discord. I believe I have some important message for the staff members on this website.
Since december we noticed an influx of endgame saint quartz accounts. Due to that we started our own investigations into these accounts. We found out that all those accounts are ******* accounts.
Those same ******* accounts are being sold by various sellers on this website these past 2 months for low prices between 3$ to 10$.
Before I get into our evidence, I want to mention that on the NA side its technically possible to do it, although it would cost a significant amount of work. An amount of work that isn't worth the cheap price of 3$.
However its absolutely impossible to manage it on the JP side. Following the trail back to the original distributor we found out that the NA accounts are being sold by the same company/person as the JP endgame SQ accounts.
So in all likelihood the NA endgame accounts are ******* in the exact same method.
So first, here below are the amount of free quartz you can obtain by doing the story line and the accompanying free quests:
Fuyuki: 8 story, 9 free quest
Orleans: 14 story, 10 free quest
Septem: 14 story, 11 free quest
Okeanos: 13 story, 11 free quest
London: 12 story, 9 free quest
America: 21 story, 14 free quest
Camelot: 30 story, 14 free quest
Babylonia: 20 story, 14 free quest
Solomon: 0 story, 0 free quest
Shinjuku: 17 story, 9 free quest
Agartha: 14 story, 12 free quest
Shimosa: 15 story, 8 free quest
Salem: 10 salem, 10 free quest
LB prologue: 4 story, 0 free quest (does not count toward the 10 SQ bonus clear)
LB1: 21 story, 14 free quest
LB2: 17 story, 11 free quest
LB3: 16 story, 11 free quest
On top of that you gain 10 SQ per clearing a singularity. If you login every single day and do the weekly quest you can gain another 7 SQ. Adding all this together without the 7 SQ per week leads to 573 SQ.
In addition, all those endgame JP SQ accounts that are being sold only have lvl 1 servants while having completed every single story line and free quest.
Before I get to the next part, I wish to elaborate for the readers what the premium currency can do in this game. Saint quartz are used for summoning new servants or reviving when you die. Each revival allows you to continue at the cost of 1 SQ.
Normal SQ accounts grinders use a powerfull support to carry them through the campaigns. At every battle you are allowed to bring 1 support with you. A support is an unit from your friendslist. So essentially it is possible to carry to a certain point in the story line with a high end friend unit while yours are only lvl 1.
However this is simply no longer possible at quite some fights from Shimosa onwards. Since in these fights you are forced to use a NPC support. This means that if you want to progress it will require a dozen saint quartz for revival. This difficulty only goes up at the later singularities to the point that it will cost hundreds of SQ to even finish the very last campaign along with all free quests. This was our first red flag that something suspicious is going on.
After that we started cracking down on some sellers. We wanted to know how they managed it and from whom they got these accounts. Initially they claimed various reasons such as friend is farming or macro's, but not a single one of them were able to provide video evidence. Eventually this lead us to the website(s) of the distributor, which I won't post here for obvious reasons. Please PM me for that. From that point onwards I personally bought some accounts myself from the website for investigative purposes.
We noticed the following:
1) The accounts have around 760-775 SQ
2) The accounts have all less than 30 days login
3) All the servants are lvl 1
4) All storyline and free quest are completed
5) The amount of SQ it has is simply impossible with the above conditions (even including all the bonuses etc from december until now)
TL;DR in otherwords these JP accounts are ******* accounts and they are being sold as we speak on your FGO subforum. As mentioned, the NA counterparts is technically possible. However given that those originated from the same distributor its very likely those are also *******. We have since put a ban warning on the sell of these accounts within our discord/reddit. I have no right to tell what the staff here should do, but I feel I should at least apprise the staff here. Especially since when the publishers find out they will almost certainly ban those accounts and by then the sellers will just run with their money screwing over all the buyers. You can differentiate those SQ accounts by looking at whether they are endgame SQ accounts with only lvl 1 servants (Solomon at NA and LB3 at JP). Please send me a PM if you require more information.

Edit2: I forgot to mention, but every single account we looked at for investigative purposes (including those sold by sellers here) were at earliest made in december. We found this based on looking at when the first mandatory servants, Mashu Kyrielight (Shielder) was acquired. So the amount of SQ gained through login or by simply existing is also not possible to be at around 770ish.
