I seem to have made a purchase a while back (more than a week)

Didn't even get a response (nothing short of e-mail) I wouldn't recommend buying from their website to others

Attempting to contact customer support always ends up with "they're busy but we sent them an e-mail"

Yeah I have the same issues atm with a purchase. I'll try to get my money back with paypal or file a credit card chargeback to my bank.
