EpicNPC does NOT investigate disputes unless Trade Guardian was used. Instead we will conduct a review of the accused member's account. Please give the user a negative feedback instead.
If Trade Guardian was used, please go to the Trade Guardian > History or Active Transaction page and click the "Report" button. Someone will then join the chat and investigate your claim.

User Purpill10 posted an FFBE account for sale (see below link)

I asked the user if I can use the account on IOS on the reply thread. The user directly messaged me and we discussed the price and the form of payment. I ended up paying the user on PayPal $50 for the account. Then I found out the user who direct messaged me is a different user who shares the identical user name with Purpill10 and was banned on EpicNPC the next day.
I contacted twice originated seller Purpill10 on epicNPC by using the trade guard feature and expressed that I want to purchase his account. This user has never responded to my request and now took the post down no longer active. I’m very suspicious that this user was fishing out people to scam by using two different account with exact same epicNPC user name.
