What is the dispute about?

I received an email saying that my account email has been changed, I launched a ticket and was waiting for replies. I purchase this account for 800USD.

Seller promised he will help if any issue as shown in the screenshot.

I tried to recover using all the information provided, but Square enix said no, to change email you require OG birthdate, which means either Thanh or his friend recovered it.

Let me know what other information you require.

You should have the birthday when I gave you all the info . This have been more than 2 years and the original al seller is not replying to me. I can’t really do much. idk bro, I tried to recover and Square Enix refuses to recover it. you promised to help if it got recovered, I need you to contact the original owner. I already tried everything bro, you telling me I got screwed from buying from you bro... I spent so much money on the account too.
