How does this work?
I thought that normal members could give one per day and verified unlimited (or a lot).
I was a middleman for a verified member and he was unable to give rep to both me and the buyer, due to reaching the 24h limit. He didn't give any rep before that.
So what determines how much feedback you can give in 24h?
