Feedback Import Login Failed

"Login Failed! Check username/password "

I get that error no matter which site I use. I am POSITIVE that I am using the correct login and password from the site that I am trying to import from. I've gone and manually tested the logins for those sites, copy and pasted them into the fields, and tried manually entering them.

What am I doing wrong?

If the site has an phone authenticator, you have to disable it because it will block our import system. I known OC has this option, not sure about the other sites. SO just remove your phone authenticator, import, then you can add it back.

I've never set up an authentication on Ownedcore or MTGSalvation (the two sites I'm trying). I checked Ownedcore and found "2 Step Authenticaiton" under the settings, but the option is disabled. I tried the account and password on a different browser, and they worked fine. But they still resulted in a login failed. I can copy my password, paste it into MTGS or Ownedcore and it'll work fine, but fails if I try to import the feedback.

Edit: Ebay worked perfectly fine by copy and pasting. So it seems to be something on MTGS / Ownedcore's end (Unless I'm stupid and failing to copy and paste somehow). Is it possible those two sites have the same sort of authentication that your site does when logging in through a new IP/Browser?

We'll have to investigate, our test account at OC failed also and checking MTGS I see their log process was changed since being bought by Curse.

We'll try to have this fixed within 1-2 weeks. We're finishing up with some other updates right now, so it'll take some time before we get to this.
