Feedback 0 when chatting with someone

So i pmed a guy and when he opens chat he see my feedback is zero even though i have more feedback. If the other guy is lazy enough not to check my feedback or visit my thread/post and he does not want to deal with guys that have low feedback is bad for me as a seller or a buyer. Happened to me before, seller asked me to do steps that only low repped ppl goes through.
