Fee payment question

So, Ive opened trade guardian transaction and paid MM fee with BTC. its already 25 minutes and MM fee stil lshows as unpaid ( but transfer is complete and money gone). How much more i need to wait ?

So ive had to pay 2nd time fee. Second payment was successfull and deal was performed.
How to request refund for first fee that I have paid (and that still didn't appear)?
