The problem with keys is there's no way for me to know if you used it and are lying about it being used previously.

In order to prove the key was used, you need to contact Blizzard and try to get a date from them on when the key was used. Once you get a reply from them, please post a screenshot here.

The best way to exchange beta keys is to tell the seller to create a brand new bnet account, use the key, then ask for proof showing the account has game access. The seller then provides you with the login info, including the email address he created for the new account, which is much safer and easier to determine who is at fault if something happens.
