and unfortunately it was recovored from original owner, I tried to recover it few times with providing buyer screenshots in progress, gave steam support all personal info I have from seller I bought it from, first email, CD-Key, bank receipts e.t.c (those were from 2018) but original owner provided stronger evidence, as I suppose some oldest receipts, because all other info from me was correct, got all screenshots from it, also gave that info to the buyer as I said and suggested to try it himself, insted of that he wanted refund and some time later wrote negative feedback. My point is again he known the risks and I did everything I could to help him get it back, so feedback is false.

I never said "secure product" or anything like that, provide proof if I did, (I can if needed) buyer was not interested in security and did not ask anything about personal data, first email, about not being original owner or other things, he asked the price and bought right after and that's it.

So is normal in this transactions be claimed after a month? I dont have any proof of who claimed it but I deffinitely loose the item that I paid for, is unfair to the costumers that it the old owners just claim back the account back and we just loose money and time...

That’s why you should pay attention to details in the post, I mentioned several times that account was marked as “not original owner” and proved that account was recovered not by me.

I did, twice here is last response. First one is on screens I attached to the post. I bought account in different marketplace, I bet the guy I bought it from is real owner. I'm buying accounts only with personal info and I have all of that but sometimes it's not enough for support.

No, we do not remove negative feedback. Feedback on Hbravm's account can be removed as we dont allow revenge feedback.

I don't understand, why if buyer and seller came to an agreement feedback is can not be removed, I gave every proof you need to clarify what's happened and agreed to buyers terms to solve this. What's that "Not original owner" is even mean then, for me it's that not 100% guarantee that account will stay with you and getting risks buying it. I'm buying accounts with getting all personal information but sometimes there is scammers and I can not control their actions, account was sold after 2 years after buying, because I had to grind on it and usually I'm buying not just one but few of them and some of them is on hold because they are not good enought for sale. I don't why he is decided to recover it just now, maybe because he saw on BrayTech profile that account is active and power lvl is high I can not tell but I did everything I could to keep buyer satisfied and agreed to your decision for compensate or provide other account, I don't know what else I can do.

and that's was not revenge feedback, I just thought that not original owner mean something and as I said I agreed to your decision, ignorance of the rules is no excuse I get it, I ask you to give me one more chance and remove feedback and I can assure you that this will not happen again.

A 4 star feedback is basically the same as a 5 star feedback, this is what we do instead of neutral in certain situations. It appears on your profile as a green feedback, not grey or red. Once resolved it can be changed to 4 star.
