I gave him false feedback because he was falsely advertising a product. Kind of hilarious that the feedback is false. It's very warranted.
His site clearly stated that only the tutorial had been done for a Dokkan Battle account. However, when I put the transfer code in (didn't hit enter, just saw the account level) it was over level 200, meaning the account was farmed. I asked him about this and he lied to me and said the account "levels up when you log in" which being well versed in selling Dokkan accounts I knew otherwise. That right there really set me off.
Then when I asked for a refund he first said I'd need to wait 3 hours. No big deal. However, AFTER said 3 hours had passed and that it was already in progress. I messaged him again saying I had not received anything. Afterwards he changes his story and tells me he needs to sell the account that he just sold me to someone else first. Which I thought was incredibly stupid and suspicious and highly unprofessional. Apparently his supplier told him this, but he also said his supplier also told him that logging in leveled the account. A clear act of trying to throw him under the bus, even if it were the case. He also stated at one point that the supplier told him that I logged into the account, which was also untrue. You can input the code and not accept if you want to download it. It'll show you the minute details of the account such as the name and level of it when you punch it in, but it will not download unless you hit accept. Accept was never hit.
This feedback was before I had gotten any actual refund.
He also said leaving feedback was fine since he also self admitted that he messed up. So I don't see the problem? You can read the logs. Did he think I was leaving a positive review? There was no way he could have thought that given the nature of the exchanges we had. Is lying to a customer and getting caught not grounds alone for a negative review? The experience was horrible.

I only became 'aggressive' after you lied to me about your product. I have every right to be mad at you. Actually, no. Even after that I was fine. It was when you changed your story about my refund from 2-3 hours to 2-3 days because you wanted to sell the item I had purchased to someone else first. Any customer would have been pissed at you for that awful service.

I also like how in your last act of defiance in the wake of me showing the logs of your awful customer service you decided to give me that negative feedback. You saw how horrible it looked, because it WAS and you were like "well, my feedback isn't getting reversed. So I'm going to neg this guy for being legitimately angry because I lied to him 3 different times."

And how the feedback works on epicnpc? I told him I will give him a refund in 3days but he left a negative feedback cuz i did ****ing terrible job.

Since the seller resolved the issue by refunding I feel that a neutral feedback is fair in this case.
