I got a false feedback from a customer. He thought i would reserve an account for him even though i didnt say anything about it. We talked about it and he did admit that it was false and we could settle that with a friendly tone 
. Then he changed it into positiv feedback but i would like it to be removed because it would still be false feedback even if it is positive. @Thetittiesolord was the one who gave feedback and can confirm that it was a false one. I dont think he deserves any kind of punishment or anything he just acted out of impulse and regreted it afterwards.
