Hello, I come to report the false feedback given to me by serebastian93, I am not a scammer and I have never had any problem with any other buyer, and he is the one who has refused to pay for the house. He has put this feedback as an act of revenge for the feedback I have given him, so his feedback should be removed.

Guy wanted to buy a house in FFXIV. Due to game restrictions, to buy a house, you have to pay 50% up front (and I invite you to the house), and another 50% after 30 days (and this is when I give you the property). On his request, I agreed to give him a discount, and even delay the second part of the payment, because he was lying about his health status. After many messages that were permanently ignored (even though he was online), on the day of completing the sale, I was blocked without saying a word to me.
I attach screenshots of the EpicNPC conversations where I ask him to make the second payment, he asks me if he can pay later, I tell him to pay on the day we had agreed but that I was willing to accept a part later, and I was ignored. At no point did I refuse to give him the house, he was the one who refused to buy it outright. Nowhere in the conversation does it appear that he wrote that he had any problem with me or with the house.
