false feedback given by scammer with 0 trades on Epicnpc ( N 2 )

You replied on my thread with This feedback is allowed due to the threats that took place and since details on the account were changed to your details this would be considered an exchange. However I removed the "Scammer" part and changed it to "Negative experience" since there was no scamming that occurred.)

My answer : There was no threat , i just told him if you recover the account i will be reporting you every where which is tottaly fair , if any one gets scammed he will try his best to report the ( scammer )
2nd : Details on the account were changed but i never touched any thing , never changed password , proof that he just removed all my info and changed passwords without my help, its basicly i had access only
3rd : To be honest i still dont understund why you think this feedback is normal and bad experience? its litterally false advertising by him , wrong email , wrong creation email , his account can be recovered easly , why would i take it?
pleas check my recent trade guardians free or with mm , there was no such a problem even tho with bigger deals , this guy gave me the wrong creation email , dates of the creation of the account doesnt match which means not the original owner ,
4rth : me went offline for like 6 or 7 hours was with his permission i did nothing without letting him know , i told him i have to go urgent and i will be back at night , he agreed to me , none of this is my fault or bad experience with me i would of payed him instant if i got the right creation email and right information by him
and again i sent every proof litterally every thing that none of this is my fault or i deserve a negative feedback by this guy....
pleas reconsider this im taking my business seriously and it cannot be ruined by some random kid ,

This was your comment. This appears to be a threat so the previous decision was correct.

i will trust your word cuz if its a lie , i will report ur usdt adress + ban ur epic acc which u will never be able to create any acc even with new pc or network , + i will ban the ea account by reporting to ea advertising

I'm not sure what this has to do with the feedback. The feedback does not mention any of this.

His feedback makes 2 claims.

1. Your replies were slow, you made him wait "half a day" and you were going offline contently.
2. You threatened him.

Events:
Times adjusted so they are the same timezone

9:57am - seller should go first
- buyer wants to contact game chat support, but doesn't have time right now.
10:32am - buyer and seller agree to return at 3-4pm
12:02pm - seller updates status to "Item sent" even though item was not sent.
2:47pm - buyer asks why status is updated when he has not receive anything, not 3pm yet.
5:16pm - seller returns to start account transfer (1 hr 16 mins late)

1. You wanted to check something, which is fine, but you couldn't do it at that time. You requested to continue later. The other party is allowed to leave a negative comment about this.
2. You did not return at the agreed upon time. You were 1 hrs 16 mins late. Even if we concede the 1 hour time zone difference, you were still 16 mins late. Neg feedback is allowed for this also.
3. As stated above, we accept your comment as a threat. Feedback is allows for this also.

Base on this, the feedback appears okay and is allowed.

@EpicNPC Hello Im going to try and explaine my situation and why i think is not fair even by “ bad experience “ again
So 1 : the deal was not made not be caus of my “threat” it has nothing to do with it , my “threat “ was absolutely a lie btw and just to scare him and here,s why : we all know you cannot report any crypto adress , i cannot report him to ea and ban his account be caus simply if he changes to ea id i wont be able to find his acc , i only did it be caus i was feeling he is sus , we moved along this threat and never talked about it , also the only thing right on my “threat” is report him on epic but i dont think he will care like i do cuz he doesnt use it . I didnt take it that serious i was just trying to scare him so he wont pull back the account ( wont happend again ).
2: ( about me going offline and not answering him ) : so basicly i wanted to finish it fast my self if every thing was okey , but turns out after me checking there are 2 deffrent dates on the account which means not the right creation email that i need , confirming that would take time and ididnt have that time , i went offline for couple hours only by him agreeing to finish later , i never left him hanging without his permission , so he knows that the buyer will comeback later .
3: im sorry but mostly why i think this is not fair be caus the guy litterally gave me wrong information , lied about the email which creation email that can be used to recover the account . So i was tottaly right to think that he is sus , i sent all proofs which makes him trying to sell me the account without the right creation email , and he can pull back the account any time he want which will effect my actuall reputation if i sell it to other client .. it will be my responsibility..
Usually this kind of things doesnt happens to me my trades or transactions are fast and clear , i will only look like a bad guy to scammers or the ones who lies … my N1 Rule is to be nice to my clients thats part of the business
I dont see my self doing somthing against rules or that could hurt others.. i was litterally dealing with a scammer since he is not giving the right creation email ..
And again im sorry for any inconvenience i made , im just trying my best to not ruin my reputation for something like that , im trying to build better and bigger feedback in the future there is no way i ruin it for 150$ acc or for someone that doesnt even use epic constantly like me ,

This is not relevant if it was real or not. You stated it, so feedback can be posted about it.

i never left him hanging without his permission , so he knows that the buyer will comeback later .

You were late. At best by 16 mins, at worse by 1 hrs 16 mins. User can give negative feedback about this.

The decision is final. Feedback can remain.
