False Feedback from someone who got scammed

So today, surprisingly after login I see that I'am having a negative feedback.

User claim to be scammed by me : MazKhan

• Asinith(Asinith#4976) and Roids(Roids#9636) said trade guardian would take a super long time so I decided to use discord for the deal. Since Asinith had so many good reviews, I thought it was safe.
  
  But it looks like he was working with Roids and they both stole my account.
  
  I have proof as well.
  

However that isn't my Discord ID, and if you can have access to my logs or what ever I've never been on the Dokkan Battle Sub Forum until today.

And so can you actually remove the false feedback ?
I've done alot of trades with and without MiddleMan the one's who bought from me can confirm that I NEVER used Asinith as my Discord Nickname.
