These types of orders must be linked to the buyer's Gmail account. This order was refunded hours ago due to lack of stock, and their feedback is nonsensical and false.

I only received one order for that game during the hours the buyer claims they didn't receive their order and were refunded. For the safety of other buyers, at least "sangui99" should provide proof of purchase.

Once something is exchanged we allow feedback. Since a refund was issued, we consider the problem resolved and the feedback has been updated to neutral. The comment was also updated to show the seller was out of stock. @sangui99
