I accepted a payment plan for a geared Druid with some vanity on November 1st from @ActioN1337 with 2nd payment agreed due November 12-15th due to history with the user and a pretty old account on Epic in good standing. Initial payment was immediate, follow-up payment was delayed, I was patient an additional week despite the precarious nature of the reason for the delay. At this point I haven't heard anything in 3 days suggesting the original reasoning was a lie, and haven't received any response tonight in over an hour; all in all, a very disappointing situation.
