Evade bump timer doesn't work

I bought evade bump timer for some threads and is still 6 hours to bump. How does it work or is it not activated?

It bumps your thread the moment you buy it even if bump is on cd, and that also restarts the bump cd back to 6h like if you bumped it regularly. And that's it, it doesn't have any effect on future bumping.
