Their support is useless. Theres no managers or nothing. Just live support and other "teams" and none of these other teams ever handle your concern or read yuor whole email
PlayerAuctions is a Middleman Service that takes 10% to 20% of your money offering no support, no guarantee you'll get the payment or product and even if you get the payment or product, who knows what will happen afterwards. They are horrible.
They may as well remove customer support completely and tell people they don't offer any. It would seriously be better if they did that.
Besides their support, they care very little about the aftermath of a transaction. If something goes wrong, someone is pretty much going to get screwed over. For 10% to 20% that they make, it's insane that people use this company still.
P.S. I sold with them, the buyer took the currency said he didn't get the gold, I showed screenshots but because of some miscommunication with the e-mails at the time, the buyer got his money back. My honest opinion is they are a company that has ZERO communication.
In this industry, nobody, and I mean nobody can act as a middleman and completely secure the transaction. They are manipulating people and therefore they are a middleman scam.
