Z0MG and I originally conceived this trade 2 months ago on October 17, 2006. On this day we agreed that he would send me a Nintendo DS for a CD-Key and a Gamecard. I gave him both that very day. He said that he sent the DS the day after with Delivery Confirmation. I waited 2 weeks with no DS and finally approached him and said that I have received it. He supposedly checked and said he had sent it to a wrong person in Colorado. I couldn't believe this because it was so clear that I gave him the correct address. After, he said he would repay me with a new CD-Key, timecard, or Burning Crusade. I told him I'll take either just to be FAIR and NICE, but I have not received anything at all, even after suggesting him just to send me an order of 50$ or 60$ (which I did not receive as well). I am planning to file mail AND internet fraud with the FBI if he does not refund me the DS or WoW material. After this particulat convo, which was 1 month after I gave him my part of the trade, he completely ignored every single one of my PM's and emails, which started to upset and pisss me off. I can not believe how much patience I had with this trader (2 months to be exact). In addition to this he never left me a positive feedback (Also, I'm 'spose to have 2 pos, but 1 guy got banned and the other 1 disappeared?) Here is my evidence against him:
