This person uses skype and all his skypes are the same inocobin11 minus the numbers at the end. He says he's legit, but when you pay and exchange info he stops payment claiming he did authorize the transaction. I was able to get my account back but b4 i did he stripped all my characters of gear, took all my gold forcing me to use 1 of my 2 roll backs.

when he PM's you this is all he says:
interested. my skype inocobin11

And when your in skype he always has to "check" with a friend.

ok i will post screens shots of proof of sale but i never took a SS of my account when it was stripped.

However Fable217 is not even from the same continent, so how are you connecting them?

1) right click the username in your Skype list, select Profile Details, then take a screenshot of that window and post it. That shows the real Skype username.

2) Post a screenshot of the Paypal payment showing the senders email address.

3) Post a screenshot of the chat where you give inocobin11 your Paypal email address. I don't see that in any of the images you provided.
