Reported problem: i was bought twitter account month ago, but i lost access at 30 december without getting any email from tweeter that saying email changed or password changed, and now i see the one who has my account sending scam links from tweeter, i already sent many email to tweeter but always same response saying "We’re writing to let you know that we’re unable to verify you as the account owner. We know this is disappointing to hear, but we can’t assist you further with accessing your account."
i wonder how this happened, how my tweeter got lost access without sending me any email from tweeter, https://twitter.com/nftpronpt this is the account i bought, old name was @ALTBenderPimp, now new scam name is @nftpronpt and scammer also got yellow tick, do u know info about how this happened and how to get account back

seller saying if account get spam, the one who created account gets account back, but i dont know about this.
