Reported problem: Purchased two characters with gladiator mounts, one of which had permanent gladiator titles, and a gladiator boost for WOW season 3 from seller in early January. Seller was supposed to get started on the boost the week of 1/22 and transfer the existing characters to my account. Have not heard from them since 1/17. Have messaged on Discord with no response, and there has been no progress on the gladiator boost per the WOW armory for the character. Seller claimed that the boost would be complete by the time the transfer cooldown was up, which has passed. Paid for all services and characters up front as confirmed by seller.
