Reported problem: Account was banned when I received it could not login to website to change any info 5-10mins after the account was banned I received a ingame and could no longer login. Request a refund from seller but is refusing to give full refund unless the account is unbanned have time stamps and proof of email from guild wars 2 dev support.
Outcome of dispute: Split decision was made, buyer received a 85% refund.
Buyer disputed full payment, agreed to send 15% back, but never did.
