Reported problem: I didn't notice it was a check Paypal payment, which later then didn't clear.
Outcome of dispute: Buyer used eCheck scam method and the seller did not notice. Day after the transaction was completed the buyer cancelled the eCheck. No reply from the buyer. Banned.
