Reported problem: Hi, after receiving the account yesterday. Someone has log into the account this morning around 11:00 am (Australia time) and alter the account contents (mainly use gems to summon and sold 3 star heroes).
Contacted the MM. it is not him.
Contacted the Seller, the seller claims that he has no access to the game anymore.
But the incident did happen.
potentially if someone has the game logged in on another device, they could gain access to the game later on even if they provide switch proof?
Outcome of dispute: Someone was accessing the account after sale. Seller was instructed to refund the buyer. Seller stopped communicating even though they were online. Seller was banned.
