Describe the problem:
I purchased the account back in February 2021 using the Trade Guardian services on this website. Just two months later the account was accessed via a retained or regained social media link. After 24hrs I was able to log back in and regain access to the account. I immediately contacted the seller MateRS and alerted a moderator here. MateRS denied the claims and speculated on how it could have happened.
Ever since then I have had to transfer the game data every 24hrs to keep the account in my possession. On occasion I would fail to do this and shortly after the account would be accessed again and I would be locked out for the next 24hrs. The first time this happened and I regained the account, I noticed the user had entered me into a high level PvP guild and was playing with a group of friends. I found that to be a red flag since when I purchased the account it was listed as a high end PvP account and contained various high level PvP titles.
Most recently on 8/26/23 I lost access to the account after failing to transfer in a 24hr period. Unfortunately this time I have not been able to regain access quickly like in the past. The account is being transferred every 24hrs and I am unable to regain access. I continue to monitor the account from a friend and can see the account gaining PvP rank and receiving good games ratings.
I messaged MateRS once again on this website in regards to this issue and he still denies any part. At this point even speculating perhaps the Middleman was responsible. I see MateRS with a thread selling a similar high end Legends account on this website. I would hate for the same thing to happen to someone else.
Outcome of dispute: Account from 2.5 yrs ago was sold. Buyer had problems throughout this time with someone accessing the account.
We learning seller was not OO even though they claimed they were.
Seller was required to issue a 50% refund (not 100% due to amount of time that has passed). Seller refused and was banned.
