Reported problem: Urgent: Account Recovery Assistance
Dear EpicNPC Support Team,
I purchased this account from a seller in December for $140. He initially agreed to change the email and password to mine but kept claiming there was an issue receiving the verification code. As a result, the email was never updated to mine for nearly two months.
Now, he has changed the password, locking me out of the account. I have all relevant details, including our chat logs and Discord messages, along with the report he filed with Warframe, which proves that I am the rightful owner and that he is attempting to scam me.
After selling me the account and allowing me to use it for the past two months, he has now reverted the password and is not responding to my messages. Additionally, I have reason to believe he contacted Warframe support to have the account removed.
Please let me know how I can provide further details to verify my ownership of the account. I appreciate your time and assistance.
