Reported problem: buyer is lying and accusing me of scamming when i have 12 or 11 feedback and had multiple transactions on site and never had any issues and even though its really unlikely it happend , i understand buyers frustation but also its keeping other potential buyers for other accounts i have posted due to the twc warning .
I want both parties to be happy at end so please can we fix this issue as fast as possible , i will post more accounts on site and i need the warning gone for the motive explained above , if any proof needed i will obviously cooperate in order to fix this case.
Outcome of dispute: 50% refund decided. Seller said he can't do it because his phone is in the repair shop and he needs it to log into his Paypal account.
Excuse was not accepted. Unban can be issued once the 50% refund is willingly issued.
