Reported problem: This report is to help open a dispute to resolve the ongoing problem that has occurred in this trade.
This account was purchased around two weeks ago, during this time the buyer has spent more than $250 into the account as well. On the 31st of January 2024, access to the account was terminated (blocked/banned) due to allegations that the account was engaged in hacking activities or using third-party software. Both parties denied using any hacks/3rd party software.
After the account was banned, over three tickets were submitted to support, hoping that this was a false positive, but it was confirmed that upon thorough manual investigation, the account has been engaged in such activities, and will not be unbanned.
Normally, the infraction must be committed quite a while before the ban happens, we tried to find out more about when the infraction happened, but support was unwilling to give any helpful information.
Outcome of dispute: Account was banned a few weeks after sold for botting.
Unable to determine fault. Seller was requested to issue a 50% refund, but refused and stopped replying.
