Reported problem: He made a claim in Paypal and i suspect steam claimed all the acc aswell as then one i bought from him
Outcome of dispute: Account recovered twice. First time seller got it back for the buyer.
Second time 2 people submitted recovery info.
Buyer's attempt was denied.
Unknown person recovered.
Seller was original owner, so no one else should be able to recover. Buyer was never given proof of ownership data, so only the seller should have been able to recover. "original owner" false advertising.
seller was banned for refusing to issue a refund.
