Reported problem: Please help me, I have all the screenshots and the info necessary about it. I even have the screenshot of the PayPal scammer
Outcome of dispute: Member stopped responding then created a new account which was disabled. After the disable the member opened a support ticket and I realized it was the same person so they were banned.
