Reported problem: I have purchased the account on March 22. Since then i havent logged to the account at all. Few days ago i logged in to check the account and i was greeted with permanent account closure message. I have sent a support ticket and they have revealed that account was permanently closed due to " After reviewing the account, FootLettíze, our records indicate your account has been permanently closed.
The account was actioned because it was found to be cheating in Necropolis, which is a violation of our Terms of Service [8. CODE OF CONDUCT AND STANDARDS]. Violations can include the use of exploits or third-party applications that alter the mechanics of the game"
I am not blaming Footlettuze that he cheated in Necropolis and then sold account to me, perhaps it was done by the previous owner. Regardless account was sold to me by Footlettuze and i require a refund.
Outcome of dispute: The seller refused to issue a 50% refund.
