Reported problem: I got scammed by thé seller hé got og information so hé took the account back I havé screenshot how hé renamed it so the day hé try to sell it I havé proof that was my account because my alliance took screenshot
Outcome of dispute: Account recalled. 90 day cool down on email change. Seller stated after 90 days they would open a recovery ticket.
After 90 days the seller refused to open a recovery ticket despite being listed as the original owner.
