Reported problem: i purchased the account and locked it down entirely. days later it was transferred to a different email and gone. im assuming he recovered it through support with enough supplied info. the only way the account could be recovered is through the owners prior account information. he now acts clueless and refuses to give it back.
Outcome of dispute: Account recalled after purchase. Seller refused to open a recovery support ticket despite being the original owner. They were banned. Refund is required.
