Deleted threads

Hello there,
yesterday I spent $44 in Credits to promote some of my most active threads. Unfortunatly, during the night some of them simply disappeared :
-My accounts HoM service in this section, which is the right place since there are other services like mine, I had an active thread and it was there for months.
Without any warning, the thread has been deleted, and the other one in GWII accounts as well.
My Gw1 store has been moved to the right section (it was in Gw accounts like the link above) but I have now 2 active threads in the section.
I don't understand why from one day to another I don't get any notification from what's going on and I got threads deleted, especially after spending $44 yesterday to promote these threads?
Can I keep the most active one, and get my other threads back? If it's not possible, may I have my money back?

I've added 2400 credits back to your account for the two glow item and thread color item.

You threads were removed because you have duplicate threads and you posted them in the wrong forum.

Isn't it possible to get my popular HoM Service thread back into the Gw1 account section?
It's in the right place. Otherwise I'd have to make the same one over, but without all the feedbacks I had (including thanks).

Hom Service belongs in the Leveling/Boosting forum, not the GW account buy/sell forum.

There are 2 other HoM service selling Gw1 accounts just like I did, take a look in the section.
It makes sense since we're selling Gw1 accounts with bonuses for Gw2 rewards.

Well, I guess I'll just make a brand new thread? Too bad I can't get my old one back. Isn't it possible?

Hom accounts are allowed to be sold in that forum. But services to boost an existing GW account must be posted in the boosting/services forum.
