Having the same issue again!

Hello! I am still having the same issue where all I am being issued is is the same transfer codes and user id's the first time I reported this to them, they fixed it by sending me the transfer code and user id, but now it has happened with the last two I purchased one on the 23/06/2021 at 8:27 pm and the other one was yesterday 26/06/2021 at 6:57 pm, I am hoping they will do right by me again. I am a big fan of their service, I've been buying myself and my boys accounts, gearing up for 6th Ann. In the facebook message I have sent, I did include like last time an image of the time/date and the account user names and Ids from the website. And when we get this sorted I will if I can raise the feedback rating, as this is the only issue I've ever run into with them.

EDIT - Wow, thank you for your rapid response, I didn't expect that, and I just assumed fb was doing it's stuff again, but thank you again, amazing, and I'm glad to know you are working so hard to fix the issue, best seller, not sure if I can adjust the star rating, but if I can it will go straight to 5/5 for sure.
