Nature of Fraud/Scam: Scams through the use of offering real money for CS:GO skins on CS:GO Lounge through PayPal. -DO NOT TRUST HIM-
Estimated Value Lost: EURO 15-30
Timeline Description:
Placed an offer for my AWP | BOOM on CS:GO Lounge (it was my first trade ever) and I unfortunately fell for his offer of 'real money' for my skin. This occurs quickly when the excitement of doing a first trade overwhelms you -DO NOT FALL A VICTIM OF REAL MONEY FOR SKINS EVEN WITH TRUSTED/REP+ USERS - STEAM SHOWS NO MERCY IF YOU GET SCAMMED - IT IS ALL YOUR RESPONSIBILITY- The only reason I went for this offer because he had decent Rep+ but now I want to destroy his Rep (even if this was my fault for falling into his scam).
