how can I switch my purchased credits back to paypal cash?

If you purchased credits we will be able to refund them. If you got them in a trade guardian transaction, you cannot change them to cash.

I see you have an active Trade Guardian transaction and already deposited credits. If you want to cancel the transaction, we can refund those credits.

To do this, click the Report button on the Trade Guardian transaction, from your "Active Transactions" page and write that you would like to cancel it.
