Credits & Cashout changes

[EpicNPC]

We have adjusted some settings to allow members to be able to purchase credits easier and have also restricted cashout requests to upgraded members only.

• Epic Members can now purchase credits with Paypal
• Only Epic Member, Epic Member Premium and Verified users can cashout credits for real money

We have some new features and more adjustments planned in the near future for Trade Guardian. We hope these upcoming changes will make it easier for members to use.

EDIT: WE DO NOT EXCHANGE CREDITS FOR REAL MONEY AS OF DEC 21, 2016.
