Credit purchases not being added automatically [Resolved]

Due to a recent change with Bitpay's API we had to make an update to our payment system to make sure it will continue to work.

This update seems to have caused an problem with all credit purchases, so they are currently not being added automatically.

We will have this fixed soon, but for the time being we are going to be manually added the credits to your account, so it will take longer than usual. Sorry for the inconvenience.

I see. Thank you. Anyways, hope you can edit my Account Type whenever you can sir. Anyways 24 hours has not yet passed, I paid yesterday (my time) for 2 upgrades. Epic Member Premium and Verified. Thank you.

I see your upgrades were already processed, but not added. Maybe support forgot to hit save after editing your profile. I've added the upgrades, sorry for the delay.
