Credit Escrow 10 day hold

Hello, I bought credits through EpicNPC to trade for an account but after purchasing the credits and trying to use the trade guardian to trade, the system tells me “I’m sorry, you recently purchased credits. You can’t use our Credit Escrow system for 10 days.” I was not made aware of this restriction until trying to access trade guardian to use the credits and want a refund.

The delay was added to prevent abuse. The payment has been refunded.
