- which country better to choose for eu acc.

- should I use vpn for this country or blizzard doesn't care about your IP and true country of residence?

- it is normal to register acc on name, like "John Smith"?

- should I remember birthdate, which I choose there?

- should I verify e-mail I register on?

- should I tell to buyer IP from which this account was logged last time?

- some other tips?

Do not make a fake name. If you get scammed you cannot recall it and lose it.
do not use a vpn to play the game, thats currently high risk for ban, for economy exploitation.
If you use a non euro country you can probably buy games a cheaper.

Is bumping a few times a week against rules? Even if these q's looking stupid for everyone here...

About fake name. I can recall acc through support with obviously fake name. My question meant for creating bnet acc special for "sale".
What if I sell acc with my real name, then just retrieve with my real ID? I dont think buyers that stupid.
I was in hope that some accs' seller will answer me. But, looking how long it took to get respond, it looks like I'm potentially uber competitor for 'em. Meh. Secrets on just simple q's?

okay. but what the point to make acc with my real name then sell? this way, a new owner will not be able to take it back w/o my help, in case of getting hacked in future.
