Couple of questions about thread settings.

Do bold (250) + green/red (500) or (1k) stack, or can there be only 1 effect active at the time?
Is it possible to change the thread headline if it is / is not under some effect already?

You can have a color + bold at the same time.

You can edit the thread title by clicking Edit > Advanced, however free members have a 30 min edit limit so you'll need to upgrade your account to increase or remove the edit limit.
