Contacting a Mod/Admin about Account Upgrade

Hello, i have joined epicnpc community yesterday to sell my product, that i have been selling on other forums for some time already.
I have tried to upgrade my account to Verified, sent my ID Photo and have been asked for my Phone number, which i sent aswell.
The problem is, i'm not getting the SMS with PIN and it blocks me from upgrading my account. Is there any way to contact Support or Admins on forum to fix the issue or verify it manually?
