Confused! I hate B-Net!

Ok I have 2 questions so bare with me

Thanks in advance to all those who answer my questions

1. Lets say I have an account with last name John. Then I merge it to a B-Net with my real info, last name uhh...Tick. So now the WoW account with last name John is now last name Tick. Can I add another account to the B-Net with last name...Bill? So 2 accounts with different names on one b net with a different name. Would Blizzard flag that with a ban hammer or something?

2. WoW account last name Sharp merged on to a b net with last name Daniel. Now I want to transfer toons off to a brand new account. The new account should be last name Daniel right?

Tell me about it. I used to trade accounts every other day and not care. Now I can't even trade my account because I'm too scared.
