Just the title should probably give people the sense of wrong doing. So apparently Comcast needs to come and change all equipment in your house JUST to change the name on a bill. We had a roommate move out so the bill needed to be changed. They decided to shut our internet and cable off on Friday and couldn't come out to change everything till today. Now usually it wouldn't be that big of an issue for me but currently I work and take classes online so having no internet presents a problem. Once all this happened I contacted Comcast and told them I am not going to be billed for these 4 days. Of course they said there's nothing they can do about it and that I would receive the same bill AND a $30 install charge for the equipment change, and you wonder why comcast was voted worst company in America (Faster Forward - Comcast 'wins' Consumerist worst-company tournament)
