Poor service
I had to cancel order midway because their handler made too many mistakes for me to even continue to order without risk. I purchased 14 days (10hrs) $170. weekly grind. I canceled order on the 10th day. It was fine for the first couple of days but they broke crystals and did not tell me it got broken. I had to find out through item recover and when I did, it was already too late to recover. I've lost around 4b in crystals.
I understand that they do full refunds for the crystal recovered and that is fine but this wasn't the only issue that made me cancel this order. Their trash per/h is below average. For example, I've purchased many BDO services from other providers and have gotten 25k+ on Kratuga with just LS2 / 30k with Agris. However they also used my Agris coin without my permission and they're still only putting up 22k. The customer service takes way too long to respond. It takes about 12-16 hours for them to reply about your concerns. After canceling my order, I even told them about how disappointed I was about their service and guess what? They never replied. They don't care about customer service. They only pretend.
The only good thing about them is they provide updates on when they're logging in and when they're done for the day and provide screenshots but most services already do that. I did not ask for a refund because it was only 5 days left and honestly at the end of the day, I don't really care about the money, I don't want them risking using items on my account when they never even asked for my permission to use them.
I'm giving them 2 stars because they were able to complete my order the first couple days clean but then it all went downhill from there. I suggest you go look for other services for better experiences but if you do buy services from them, remember to double check everything everyday and make sure nothing was used or went missing and also specify everything to them so they know what to do or else they're going to do things who knows what.
I will not be coming back to do business with them again. This is my first ever negative review I wrote on EpicNpc, this goes to show how disappointed I am with their service. I've bought many services before and have not once been disappointed until now. However this is my overall experience and may not be applied to everyone. Purchase at your own risk.

Good service and very punctual.

I had bought a 1 week boost cause of the event. Everything was set up perfectly from starting at the exact time every morning to finishing. They give you a detailed update daily. I even made a mistake where I forgot to tell them what buffs to use, and when i logged in the afternoon after they have finished for the day, all the buffs were spot on. They seem to know the game pretty well.
Definitely buying more service.

Amazing seller. Fast, efficient and trustworthy

Order completed, but broke crystals and used Crystal Restoration Function
My brutal and honest review.
In the end, all orders were completed. Throughout the orders, handlers keeps dying to various of grinding spots, including gyfins underground at 311/409 ap/dp gear. In total, broke about 30 crystals with 11 days grind (with 20 hours each per day). Ownage grinded more to refund the broken crystals by using MY item loot scrolls. Also, the handler will use your Crystal Restoration Function without your permission to recover the crystal. Ownage said it is common that the handler will use Crystal Restoration Function as he did with other clients.
All in all, I'd go back to Ownage if I was absolutely desperate for a rush grind as he completes the order. But, there are a lot better providers with better customer service and giving more services for free.

Amazing Seller
I've bought multiple silver farming services, and have decided to go all the way with these guys. These guys first set up a whole discord server and literally log everything; when they log in, log out, how much they have earned, and screenshots of them. Also, my char had some crappy gear when first started the service, and they get about twice as much silver compared to other sellers. The rep responds quickly and is always respectful. Always let me know in advance instead of making me reach out and ask if anything happens. Combining all that with the reasonable price that they offer, there's not a single reason for me to move on to a different seller. Definitely recommend these guys, you won't regret.
